HOARD 1 – 09/22/10 — Tryphena Flood LEFT and case manager Megan Tolan of the Gatekeepers program sort through clutter piled more than two metres high in Flood’s apartment bedroom in Burlington. Two-thirds of the bed is covered with stuff, leaving just a sliver of the mattress on which to sleep.
